Principally, we aim to dispatch your order within 1-7 working days, depending on inventory availability. We offer both express and free shipping options. Upon making a purchase, customers will receive an email confirming their order and listing the items purchased. Subsequently, an email will be sent with shipping notifications and a tracking link. Customers can use the provided tracking link to monitor the progress of their shipment. Please note that a shipping company will deliver the package, and customers will receive a calling card beforehand, which will provide instructions and allow them to schedule a delivery appointment.

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the package to you. We recommend using an address where someone will be available to receive the item. The specified shipping/delivery time in our shipping policy is an estimation under normal conditions. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date, as it depends on factors beyond our control.
